Wendy Lehman (1944 - 2016) created sculptures that were spontaneous and intuitive, reflecting the artist's interest in the subconscious. Lehman exhibited extensively in the United States and her works are in several museum collections including The National Gallery of Art, Washington, DC; Albright-Knox Art Gallery, Buffalo, NY; New Mexico Museum of Art, Santa Fe, NM; and the Museum of Art, Rhode Island School of Design, Providence, RI.
